Star Wars: The Force Awakens, directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan & Abrams, features a cast including actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Academy Award winner Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie, Crystal Clarke, Pip Andersen, Domhnall Gleeson, and Max von Sydow. They will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker.

The film is being produced by Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk, and John Williams returns as the composer.

Rare Sperm Whale Encounter with ROV | Nautilus Live

At 598 meters (1,962 ft) below the Gulf of Mexico off the coast of Louisiana, ROV Hercules encountered a magnificent sperm whale. The whale circled Hercules several times and gave our cameras the chance to capture some incredible footage of this beautiful creature. Encounters between sperm whales and ROVs are incredibly rare.

Chimps Don't Like Drones In Their Area!

De chimpansees van Koninklijke Burgers’ Zoo hebben in de ochtend van vrijdag 10 april 2015 weer eens bewezen hoe intelligent ze zijn. Voor het tweede seizoen van televisieprogramma Burgers’ Zoo Natuurlijk stonden vandaag opnames met een drone gepland, waarmee spectaculaire beelden van de dieren en hun verblijven gemaakt kunnen worden vanuit de hoogte. Eenmaal aangekomen bij het chimpanseeverblijf ontdekten de intelligente mensapen het spionerende vliegtuigje direct en de dieren bewapenden zich meteen met lange stokken tegen de nieuwsgierige elektronische indringer.

Eén van de chimpansees zat hoog in een boom met een lange tak. Ogenschijnlijk zeer rustig en tevreden dommelend in de ochtendzon liet de mensaap de drone nieuwsgierig opnames maken. Vanuit de ooghoeken hield de chimpansee echter alles haarscherp in de gaten. Geduldig wachtte de mensaap totdat de drone net iets te dichtbij kwam… Razendsnel sloeg de chimpansee toe met de lange stok die ze voor het lichaam verborgen hield! Met een voltreffer sloeg het dier de drone naar beneden, waar zijn groepsgenoten de ‘prooi’ snel overmeesterden. Omdat de camera tijdens het hele actiemoment bleef draaien, leverde dit ondanks de compleet vernielde drone en GoPro toch nog heel bijzondere beelden op!

Strange Black Ring Appears in Sky in Kazakhstan



According to local residents, oddly shaped cloud hung over the houses about 15 minutes, and then melted.

Residents of the village of Kazakh Shortandy Akmola region witnessed an unusual phenomenon: in the sky at high altitude floated a huge black ring.

My dad, a mycologist, found an GoPro camera in Gringelstad outside Kristianstad. He found it on the ground in a forest. The memory card was intact - and this is the last film. Are you the right skydiver? Please let me know so we can send you the camera and the memory card.

Update April 4: Camera owner is found. A parachutist in Everöd in Skåne.
